Description
Remote Support
- Remote Support during office hours
- Users can contact us via chat, email or telephone
- Our engineers will fix your problem remotely via Remote Access Service, without visiting to your office
Service Agreement
- Response with in 15 minutes for any support request
- 3 Hours resolution target for support request
- If fault cannot be solved remotely and on site presence is required , preferential rates will be charged. This is £40.00 per hour in office hours and £60.00 in non-office hour.
What It Includes
- Software Support: Software troubleshooting for standard Microsoft Products which will include Microsoft Operating systems, Microsoft Server Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, third party software we have installed.
- Excludes user training and advanced configuration.
- Excludes office moving but we will support existing issues.
