Basic Service Contract



Remote Support 

  • Remote Support during office hours
  • Users can contact us via chat, email or telephone
  • Our engineers will fix your problem remotely via Remote Access Service, without visiting to your office

Service Agreement

  • Response with in 15 minutes for any support request
  • 3 Hours resolution target for support request
  • If fault cannot be solved remotely and on site presence is required , preferential rates will be charged. This is £40.00 per hour in office hours and £60.00 in non-office hour.

What It Includes

  • Software Support: Software troubleshooting for standard Microsoft Products which will include Microsoft Operating systems, Microsoft Server Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, third party software we have installed.
  • Excludes user training and advanced configuration.
  • Excludes office moving but we will support existing issues.
